Description of the Business Pre-owned vehicle sales will be offered at the car lot of Sam's Auto Sales (proposed business name), located at 7210 North 72' Street in Omaha Nebraska. The property is located % block SW of the busy intersection of 72' &Maple Street. The majority of the vehicles offered for sale will be purchased from the auto auctions. Some will be purchased from other dealers and some will come from trade-ins from customers. Customers can pay for their vehicle purchases by cash, money order or finance. Initially the business will consist of one (1) sales person and business owner, Adel Al- Marhoon. Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Prior Use The business was previously a gas station and convenience store. The prior business owner removed all gas tanks from the property.
