Nebraska will commence immediately upon adjournment of the District’s budget hearing, which will

continue until all attendee(s) testimony has concluded, which meeting will be open to the public and

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 77-1601.02,
that the governing body will meet immediately upon adjournment of the District’s budget hearing and
regular board meeting, which budget hearing will begin at 2:00 p.m. on September 15, 2021, at 9500 West
Dodge Road, Suite 100, Omaha, Nebraska, and continue until all attendee(s) testimony has concluded, for
the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to
setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year tax request.
