serve in the capacity of Non-Profit Visual Arts Corp./Assoc.and his term will continue through 11/6/09.

WHEREAS, $140,800.00, having been deposited in the escrow fund, was
deposited into the City Interceptor Sewer Fund as required by the Escrow Agreement, and SID
476 has requested reimbursement from the Interceptor Sewer Fund for the cost of relocating the
sanitary sewer, the work of the SID having relieved the City Interceptor Sewer Fund from the
cost of such relocation work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the attached Agreement between the City of Omaha and Sanitary
Improvement District No. 476 of Douglas County, Nebraska, providing for reimbursement to the
S&ID the sum of$166,165.16 from the City Interceptor Sewer Fund, such payment representing
the cost of relocating a sanitary sewer in the vicinity of 192nd and "F" Streets, is hereby
approved.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 27-121, et seq. of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for
the creation and operation of the Public Art Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mark Masuoka has served on the Public Art Commission as a Non-
Profit Visual Arts Association member; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Fahey desires to reappoint Mark Masuoka, as a Non-Profit
Visual Arts Association member, for a term of three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment of Mark Masuoka, as a Non-Profit Visual Arts
