WHEREAS, it having been and being hereby adjudged, determined and established that several lots and pieces of real estate,hereinafter referred to have each been specially benefited for the full amount herein levied and assessed against each of said lots and pieces of real estate respectively, by reason of demolition of condemned buildings thereon,by the City of Omaha. THEREFORE, for the purpose of paying the incurred cost of demolition. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. I was not advised, given notice nor was I aware of any service that needed to be provided or authorized by the tam for such county, servi state or any other entity or individual or any outstanding s 2. To the best of my knowledge I have not been negligent in any of my responsibilities relating to the property. 3. Prior to June 20,2005 Porter and Eva Johnson as I understand owned the property. On June 20, 2005,I bought the said property at foreclosure anticipating that I have purchase a land with a buildingaffixed dis overede above address that was in after, the purchase that the need of renovation. However I subsequently city had demolished the building prior to my purchase. Had I known this information I would have not purchased the property at auction. I have spoken to representatives in the City of Omaha Inspectional Services Department about how to remedy this situation. I was advised that Attorney Langemeier is ultimately responsible, and I should seek legal assistance.
