AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 37252 passed December 20,2005, and to
provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 37252 passed December 20,2005 be amended to
read as follows:
The official Zoning Map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be,and the
same hereby is,changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal
Code so that:
Lot 17, Block 1, Sunset Addition, Lot 7, Block 3, Briggs Place; Lots 4, 6 and 8,
Block 118, Dundee Place; Lots 16-19 and west 10.5 feet of Lot 20, Block 119,
Dundee Place;West 2 feet of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12,Block 93,Dundee Place;Lots
7 and 16,Block 112,Dundee Place;Lot 11,Block 115,Dundee Place;East %2 of Lot
13 and all of Lots 14 and 19, Block 120, Dundee Place; Lot 21, Block 98, Dundee
Place; West 23.6 feet of Lot 6, all of Lots 7-11,Block 121,Dundee Place; is hereby
rezoned from R5(35)-Urban Family Residential District, R7-Medium Density
Multiple Family Residential District and R8-High Density Multiple Family
Residential District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15)days from and after the
date of its passage.
