AN ORDINANCE to amend certain portions of Special Levy Ordinance No. 10058 levying an
assessment for weed abatement in the year 2006, by repealing the assessment on the
property legally described as Parcel: 2808-0000-14, Lot 9, Block 2, June Terrace, 3520
North 45th Avenue; and to provide for an effective date hereof.
WHEREAS, Special Levy Ordinance No. 10058 was passed by the City Council of the City of
Omaha on March 21, 2006, levying a special assessment for weed abatement on certain
lots in the City of Omaha, and it has been ascertained that the assessment on the
following described property and in the amount so levied by Special Ordinance No.
10058 should be repealed because of a Land Reutilization transfer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That such portion of Special Ordinance No. 10058, passed March 21, 2006,
relating to and levying the special assessment for weed abatement upon the following described
