AN ORDINANCE to amend certain portions of Special Levy Ordinance No. 10055 levying an
assessment for weed abatement in the year 2006, by repealing the assessment on the
properties legally described as Parcel: 2808-0000-14, Lot 9, Block 2, June Terrace, 3520
North 45th Avenue; Parcel: 4130-0000-18, Lot 26, E %2 21.14 x 132 & %2 Vac. Alley Adj.,
Block 4, Northfield Addition, 4816 Sprague Street; and Parcel 4131-0000-18, Lot 27 - Ex
E 7 Inches N 39 Ft - & 1/2 Vac. Alley Adj., Block 4, Northfield Addition, 4812 Sprague
Street; and to provide for an effective date hereof.
WHEREAS, Special Levy Ordinance No. 10055 was passed by the City Council of the City of
Omaha on February 28, 2006, levying a special assessment for weed abatement on
certain lots in the City of Omaha, and it has been ascertained that the assessment on the
following described properties and in the amount so levied by Special Ordinance No.
10055 should be repealed because of a Land Reutilization transfer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
