ORD 37484 - Rezone 714 Pierce St from HI to R7 C 10-06-181 ORDINANCE NO. c_9 41B/ AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code,by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 714 Pierce Street from HI-Heavy Industrial District to R7-Medium Density Multiple Family Residential District.
