ORDINANCE NO. 3
•
AN ORDINANCE to approve an amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the Master Plan
for the City of Omaha, to include property located Southwest of 63rd and Center Streets;
and to provide for the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. Section 7.05 of the Charter of the City of Omaha allows for the City Council
to adopt amendments to the City's Master Plan as deemed necessary and appropriate upon
recommendation by the Planning Board.
Section 2. The Planning Board, at their September 6, 2006 public hearing, recommended
approval of the proposed amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the City's Master Plan
as provided for on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
Section 3. The said proposed amendment to the City's Master Plan, as set forth in the
attached Exhibit"A", is hereby approved.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effective fifteen (15) days from
the date of its passage.
