The Resolution attached hereto authorizes the execution and delivery of a Quit Claim Deed for a
residential lot at 5056 Vernon Circle. The legal description is Lot 11 and one half of the vacated
alley adjoining on the east, Block 1, Jizba's Waconda Addition to the City of Omaha, Douglas
County, Nebraska.
This property was developed a number of years ago and has been previously occupied. A recent
title search revealed that in the replatting of this area, City ownership was revealed on a portion
of the lot in question. A substantial part of the lot contains a sewer and drainage easement,
which the City will reserve in quit claiming the balance.
Although this title boundary error has existed for several years, it has recently come to the
attention of the mortgage finance people involved in this portion of the subdivision and has come
to the attention of the City through that mechanism.
The execution and delivery of this Quit Claim Deed will enable the house and lot to be properly
financed and occupied.

(4) The Contractor shall furnish to the contract compliance officer all federal forms containing
the information and reports required by the federal government for federal contracts under
federal rules and regulations, and including the information required by Sections 10-192 to
10-194, inclusive, and shall permit reasonable access to his records. Records accessible to
the Contract Compliance Officer shall be those which are related to Paragraphs (1)through
(7) of this subsection and only after reasonable notice is given the Program Provider. The
purpose for this provision is to provide for investigation to ascertain compliance with the
program provided for herein.
(5) The Contractor shall take such actions with respect to any sub-contractor as the City may
direct as a means of enforcing the provisions of Paragraphs(1)through(7)herein,including

All "soccer vendors" and "sellers" are required to comply with applicable city, state and NSSA
regulations. They must place their request for a permit directly to the NSSA no later than fifteen (15)
days prior to the event. Once the NSSA has chosen the "vendors" and/or "sellers" for the event, the
NSSA shall notify and furnish the names of those participants to the City of Omaha. Subsequently, the

Municipal Corporation in the State of Nebraska,herein known as CITY,in consideration of the sum of One and

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, it has recently come to the City's attention that, in addition to a
certain sewage and drainage easement that the City holds on Lot 11 and one half of the vacated
alley adjoining on the east, Block 1, Jizba's Waconda Addition to the City of Omaha, Douglas
County, Nebraska, there is also City ownership shown in the deed records on certain portions of
said lot outside such easement area; and,
WHEREAS, the City in fact has previously approved the subdivision in question
and has exercised no control or ownership over portions of the same outside the sewer and
drainage easement, and that the City's interest on the public record forms a cloud on the title of
said property; and,
WHEREAS, the estate of the developer has requested a Quit Claim Deed to
remove said cloud so that such property can be beneficially financed and occupied as a
residential structure and lot; and,
WHEREAS, it is the best interests of the City of Omaha to clear the title to said
property by such Quit Claim Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, it does hereby approve execution and delivery of the attached Quit Claim
Deed to the Jaro Z. Jizba Estate, for the purpose of clearing up a cloud on the title to the property
described as Lot 11 and one half of the vacated alley adjoining on the east, Block 1, Jizba's
Waconda Addition to the City of Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, generally located at 50th
and Vernon Circle, being the street address 5056 Vernon Circle, Omaha, Nebraska.
