RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, GRAEME SWAIN has applied for a lease of City property adjacent to
1108 Howard Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of a patio, as described on the attached
application; and,
WHEREAS, the application of GRAEME SWAIN has been examined and approved
by the City Planning and Public Works Departments, and otherwise found to be in compliance
with all City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:
THAT, the application of GRAEME SWAIN, for a lease of City property adjacent to
1108 Howard Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of a patio, as described on the application,
be and hereby is approved, contingent upon continued compliance with all requirements made
and provided by law; and the Finance Department is directed to issue a billing statement and
a lease form to the applicant for execution and return.
