WHEREAS,Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the City but
not within the City; and,
WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted a
plat entitled CIRCLE K ESTATES located Southwest of 96th Street and Rainwood Road; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the plat entitled CIRCLE K ESTATES located Southwest of 96th Street and
Rainwood Road is hereby approved and accepted.
