This event will attract approximately 90,000 spectators and will be televised live nationally by the Golf Channel and rebroadcast reaching 1.2 million viewers. It will provide another opportunity for the City to showcase the resources, advantages and attractions of the metropolitan area. For such assistance the City of Omaha will have the Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau logo placed on viewing tents, painted on the course grounds, and printed on the Clubhouse Corporate Hospitality tickets as well as be provided a tent in the retail area to offer Omaha products. Additionally, its promotional spots will be televised approximately 50 times during the broadcasts and week following the event. The $55,000 will be paid $30,000 from Fund 21109, Organization 115914, Line Item 42257 and $25, 000 from Fund 11111, Organization 101013, Line Item 42221. Your favorable consideration is requested.
