The following bids were received on June 6, 2007. A detailed bid tabulation is attached. Contractor Total Bid WATTS ELECTRIC COMPANY $235,468.30 (LOW BID) OK Electric Co., Inc. $236,120.00 Sadler Electric, Inc. $245,714.62 Commonwealth Electric Company $247,667.50 Prime Communications, Inc. $293,279.83 • Omaha Electric Service, Inc. $295,635.66 The Public Works Department has reviewed the bids received and has determined the lowest and best bid submitted was based on the alternate bid as identified above. The contractor has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As is City policy, the Human Rights and Relations Director will review the contractor to ensure compliance tx'ith the Contract Compliance Ordinance. Federal monies will be used to pay for 80% of this project in the amount of$188,374.64. Of the • remaining 20% of $47,093.66, MAPA will pay $23,546.83 and the City will pay $23,546.83.
