RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law, this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "C" Liquor License
be granted.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY
For
RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICANTS
in accordance with Omaha City Municipal Code, Section §15-22, a statement of business
activity must be submitted to the Omaha City Council by all applicants for retail liquor licenses.
This written statement shall describe all types of business or activity that will be operated on the
premises in conjunction with the proposed license.A failure to include a business or activity will
be considered by the City Council as the applicant's representation that the omitted business or
activity will not occur on the licensed premises without City Council approval. Failure to operate
consistent with this statement may be grounds for cancellation, revocation,suspension, or non-
renewal of the license(OMC§15-42).
DESCRIBE ALL BUSINESS OR OTHER ACTMTIES THAT WILL OCCUR ON THE
LICENSED PREMISES.
Omaha Kebabs will be a dine in restaurant with approximate seating for 50 people inside and 20 people
outside on the back patio. The main business activity of the restaurant will be to prepare and serve food
to its customers. In doing so,the owner of the restaurant wishes to serve those customers both alchoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages.
The owner's current plans are to open the restaurant at 11 am for lunch service;close between 2:30 pm and
4:30 pm and reopen for dinner service until 10 pm.
