ORD 37658 - Rezone 4506 L St from GI to CC C8-07-014 C10-07-015 C12-07-016 ORDINANCE NO. c V f AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code,by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 4506 "L" Street from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lot 19, Block 8, along with %2 of vacated alley adjacent to the east, Syndicate Hill Addition Replatted, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District.
