Honorable President • and Members of the City Council, Transmitted herewith is an Ordinance requested by the Public Works Department providing for the transfer of a Permanent Easement near 18`h Street and Jaynes Street in Omaha, Nebraska to Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha. Metropolitan. Utilities District of Omaha will be relocating an existing fire hydrant out of the way of proposed paving onto the ground for which they are securing this easement. This relocation of a fire hydrant is necessary as a result of the City's construction of the new Northeast Joint Use facility.
