This is a working class neighborhood;we don't want to hear noise when we are trying to enjoy family time or rest for the next work day. Papers/Trash: Papers,containers,&general trash blow into our yards from the bar. Since the patrons would be outdoors it would follow that more trash will be generated. The residents are responsible for keeping their yards/property clean and safe. How will the bar owners assure us that the trash will not be a problem? Property Enjoyment:We are a working/family based neighborhood. We enjoy our down time by spending time outdoors with our family and friends. Having a beer garden in our back yards/neighborhood will hamper this enjoyment We understand The Neighber's is a business trying to be profitable.
