RESOLVED BYT THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this 1
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I" Liquor License
be granted.
Sodexho America, LLC, dba"Alumni Sports Café", 602 North 20th Street.
That, the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the bid in the total amount of $160,080
($40,020 per mower) from Midwest Turf & Irrigation, to purchase four (4) Toro Groundmaster
4000D mowers, to be utilized by the Park Maintenance Division of the Parks, Recreation and
Public Property Department, based on a bid to the State of Nebraska per Contract Number
112300C, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Agent is authorized to issue a purchase order in
conformance herewith. Funds in this amount shall be paid from 2008 funds in the General Fund
No. 11111, Organization No. 115013, Grounds Maintenance Contracts.
