cuation due to weather or
with a pandemic situation. The topic of a winter storm with several homes being without electricity
might require a shelter to care for those that are displaced until power is restored. If a shelter is
needed this product would assist in providing a safer more efficient way to care for the patient. Being
better prepared to handle a special needs sheltering experience in the community is essential and
critical. Having this product available and through the partnerships as established with OMMRS Mass
Care Committee, Red Cross, Public Health and the Medical Reserve Corps will help assure that as a
community we have taken steps to care for individuals with special needs and those with disabilities.
