Mike's role included management of a multi-disciplined design team providing services to the City of Omaha, and quality control for all of LRA's infrastructure designs. Rosenblatt Stadium: Since 1991, LRA has served as the lead consultant of a multi-disciplined team for some $35 million in improvements at Rosenblatt Stadium required by the City of Omaha agreement with the NCAA. Mike has been involved as Project Principal or Project Manager for all of LRA's work, beginning with the 1991 Master Plan. Mike was responsible for research and design of the innovative playing field drainage system at Rosenblatt Stadium. • Omaha Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program: LRA is currently assisting in development of the Long Term Control Plan for combined sewer overflows in eastern Omaha.
