RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, sections 24-87 through 24-105 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide
for an Urban Design Review Board,to review and provide recommendations to improve the quality
of building design in the planning, design, development and construction of structures in the City;
and,
WHEREAS, section 24-91(a)(1) provides that one licensed architect is to be
appointed by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has appointed Timothy F. Holland as the licensed
architect member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and expiring one year later.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the appointment by Mayor Mike Fahey of Timothy F.Holland as the licensed
architect member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a one-year term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council, and expiring one year thereafter,be and hereby is confirmed and
