City Council Resolution No. 871 on August 1, 2006 approved Hawkins Construction Company, Inc. as low bidder for this project. This change order authorizes additional expenses for the construction of the storm sewer outfall to the Missouri River in accordance with updated specifications from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Hawkins Construction Company, Inc. has agreed to perform the services for an additional $209,302.85. An exact list of changes is included in the attached change order. All other provisions of the original contract shall remain in full force arid effect. The costs incurred will be paid from the 2006 Transportation Bond Fund 13182, 2006 Issue Transportation Bond Organization 117111.
