This bar is located in a neighborhood. There are no other businesses on this corner. There is not enough parking to handle additional customers without them parking on the street which is already becoming crowded. My second concern is the lack of control of patrons when they leave the bar. There have been incidents where the entire neighborhood has been awakened at 0130am when the people leaving the bar try to see how loud they can scream at each other and I believe there have been some fights in the parking lot. This is very disturbing at 130am! The day I recieved this letter the police had been called the night before due to excessive noise outside the bar. In the interest of the neighborhood I think it best not to have Keno at this 07 3 kf/d • 0J,6t, iwztet- - • Y/a/a 40, 32 6.7,07 • ram- . . • • • RECEIVED • Jayme Toledo 42116 . 8 St 08 MAR 18 AM 8: 1a 7 OTIIa, E 1'07 CITY March 17, 2008 OMAHA, N BRASI 4 City Clerk 1819 Farnam Street Omaha,NE 68183 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to the notice of an application for Lottery Services, Big Red Satellite Keno at 4201 S. 38 Street.
