The Law Department recommends accepting the quote from Dell Marketing, L.P. The City of Omaha has an established supply of Dell computer equipment, and DOT.Comm has recommended the City continue to purchase Dell computer equipment. The computers and monitors are replacements for existing equipment. As technology has developed,the Law Dept tment has been limited by the size, speed and capabilities of its current equipment. The contractor has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As is City policy,the Human Rights and Relations Director will review the contract to ensure compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance.
