AN ORDINANCE to amend the title of Ordinance No. 42477, passed March 30,2021,and to provide the
effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That line 2 in the title of Ordinance No. 42477,passed March 30,2021, be amended to
read as follows:
"northwest of Farnam and Beverly Drives northeast of 11th and Nicholas Streets, and to provide
for an effective date"
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15)days from and after the date
of its passage.
