Ex1t'l4W' Just Your Child Childcare and Learning Center 3148 N 93rd Street Omaha, NE 68134 (current site location) ' 3020 Huntington Street Omaha, NE 68112 (Proposed Site which we are applying for special use zoning) The proposed site at 3020 Huntington Street has previously operated as a religious facility known as the Miller Park Presbyterian Church. The floor square footage is over 29,000 and it also has nice outdoor space. We plan to use the property to operate a childcare facility with an approximate licensing capacity of 150 children. Once fully operable, the center will accommodate approximately 28 staff with varying schedules. Our hours of operation will be from 6:30am to 6:00pm M,onday through Friday with no operation on weekends and major holidays (five per year). We anticipated that between 15-18 cars will be parked on the center's 51 space lot at any given time throughout the day as most traffic will be parents pulling into the parking lot, delivering their children to their teachers and then leaving shortly. The average park time will be approximately ten minutes. The only other planned changes to the site will include a 36 inch fence surrounding the south perimeter of the building. We are currently getting bids for this addition and consequently don't have the exact placement of the stakes as of this time. Finally once fenced, we will add some outdoor play equipment (mostly mobile). The 11 x 17 site of the parking lot was completed by Otis and Monique Cooper on March 10, 2008. We are not architects but simply went to the site and measured it out using a rolling tape measure.
