RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act; as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law, this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I" Liquor License
be granted.
1502 Cuming Street Hospitality, LLC, dba"inPlay", 1502 Cuming Street.
That,the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

from HCI Construction, to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the
remodeling of Karen Park Maintenance Facility, located at 6264 Buckingham Street, Omaha,
Nebraska, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Agent is authorized to issue a purchase order
in conformance herewith. Funds in this amount shall be paid from the 2006 Public Facilities
Bond Fund No. 13244, Organization No. 117512, 2007 Issue Public Facility Bond, and Project
No. 1367,Maintenance Yard Improvement.
