Currently, there are four employees. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday -- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The store is closed on Sundays. We are applying for a special use permit under Sec. 55.45 Commercial use types, (4)Automotive sales: Sales of automobiles, noncommercial trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles or boats, including incidental storage, maintenance and servicing. The reason for application of this permit is for the purpose of selling vehicles as a result from defaulted loans. Vehicles in loan will be stored inside privacy fence and newly erected storage building; not in the front parking lot. Only vehicles currently for sale will be displayed in front of Pawn Plus. The business is easily accessible from both Military Avenue and 90th Street. We do not anticipate any traffic related changes on either street from this permit. All business entrances are handicap accessible.
