The attached Resolution approves the actions of the Omaha-Douglas Public Building
Commission in offering for sale its $8,150,000 Omaha-Douglas Public Building Commission
Bonds, Series 2008, the amount of said,bonds, the rates of interest to be born by said bonds, the
maturity schedule of said bonds, the redemption provisions of said bonds, the Official Statement
of said bonds and the distribution thereof, the Supplemental. Bond Resolution providing for
issuance of said bonds, the issuance by the Commission of said bonds bearing the rate of interest
specified, and said bonds being the 2008 Bonds described in the Tenth Supplemental Agreement.
The Resolution approves the sale• of the bonds contemplated by the Tenth Supplemental
Agreement among the City of Omaha, the County of Douglas and the Omaha-Douglas Building
Commission which was approved by the Council on July 8, 2008. These bonds will be
amortized solely by the Commission's own tax levy.

July 16, 2008, sold its $8,150,000 Omaha-Douglas Public Building Commission Bonds, Series

May 1, 2018, at the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the date fixed for
redemption without any redemption premium; and,

Nebraska and the County of Douglas,Nebraska(the "Tenth Supplemental Agreement").
