Attached for your consideration is a Resolution requested by Councilmember Frank Brown,
appointing Edward L. Breckenridge to serve a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of the Omaha
Small Business Network (hereinafter"OSBN"), in accordance with Section 3.18 of the Amended
Agreement between the City and OSBN,Incorporated.Mr.Breckenridge's term will commence on
September 16, 2008 and expire September 15, 2011. A copy of his Résumé is attached for your
information.

THAT upon affirmative vote by more than 75% of the City Council, the budgeted
restricted funds for Fiscal Year 2009 shall be increased by an additional one percent (1 %) as
provided by Neb. Rev. Stat. §13-519.
