The attached Resolution approves the contract with Vierregger Electric Co., Inc. for OPW
51584, being signal pole painting at the intersection of 24th and"L" Streets.
The following bids were received on November 5, 2008. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

Highway Allocation Fund 12131, Traffic Capital Organization 116189, year 2008 expenditures.
The Public Works Depaitinent recommends the acceptance of the bid from Vierregger Electric
Co., Inc., in the amount of$10,376.00, being the lowest and best bid received, and requests your
consideration and approval of this Resolution.
