The attached Ordinance approves the estimated bid of Weathercraft Enterprises for grounds
maintenance f West Dodge Road from 84th to 97th Street. (See attached map)
The followin bids were received on December 4, 2007: •
• CON RACTOR ESTIMATED BIDS_
WEAHERCRAFT $26,155.00•
Funds for thi maintenance have been appropriated in the year 2008 General Fund No. 11111,
and Organization No. 115013, Grounds Maintenance. The Finance Department is authorized to
pay the cost o the maintenance from this account.
The contracto has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). .As is City
policy, the Human Relations Director will review the contractor to ensure compliance with the
• Contract Compliance Ordinance.

AN ORDINA CE to accept the bid of Weathercraft Enterprises in the amount of$26,155.00 for
ground. maintenance of the West Dodge Road from 84th to 97th Street, Omaha, Nebraska
(see at ached map), to authorize payment in accordance therewith; to authorize the
Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order; and to provide an effective date.
BE IT ORDA I D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Sectio 1. That the bid of Weathercraft Enterprises, for grounds maintenance of West
Dodge Road om 84th to 97th Street, Omaha,Nebraska, attached hereto and made a part hereof is
hereby accept d.
Section 2. That the Finance Director is authorized to make payments in accordance
therewith from the 2008 General Fund 11111, and Organization 115013, Grounds Maintenance.
The Finance epartment is authorized to pay the cost of the maintenance from this account.
Sectioi 3. That the City of Omaha Purchasing Agent is authorized to issue a Purchase
Order for this ontract.
Sectio 4. That this Ordinance, not being of legislative character, shall be in force and
take effect imi ediately from and after its date of passage.
