RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,section 18-1901,Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943,as amended,and
section 49-106 of the Omaha Municipal Code, provide for the appointment of members of the
Plumbing Board; and,
WHEREAS,the term of Christopher P.Reed as a mechanical engineer member of the
Plumbing Board expires on April 21, 2009; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Mike Fahey has reappointed Christopher P.Reed to serve on the
Plumbing Board, as a mechanical engineer member,said term to commence on April 22,2009,and
to expire three years thereafter.
