The City Council approved on September 30, 1997, by Resolution No. 2735, an 11:00 p.m. curfew at Memorial Park. Your approval to suspend the curfew at Memorial Park between 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2009 and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2009, to accommodate setup and tear down of equipment is therefore requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, between 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2009 and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2009, Memorial Park, 6005 Underwood Avenue, Omaha,Nebraska, shall be open to accommodate setup and tear down for the Bank of the West Celebrates America Concert event.
