The Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District will reimburse the City of Omaha for$150,000.00 of the cost for the project. The contractor has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As is City policy, the Human Relations Director will review the contractor to ensure compliance. . • flat fee of $630 $815 per year. The fees collected from Class II (M) sources will be deposited in the Air Quality Enterprise Fund(21127), specifically earmarked for organization 116812,Air Quality Control 105 Grant program. Class II Sources(I)(Insignificant): Class II(I)permits are issued by Omaha's Public Works.
