for an Urban Design Review Board,to review and provide recommendations to improve thetquality
of building design in the planning,design, development and construction of structures in the City;
and,
WHEREAS, section 24-91(a)(5)provides that one citizen at large is to be appointed
by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Urban design Review Board in the capacity of
citizen at large member due to the death of Kathleen T. Jeffries; and
WHEREAS,Mayor Jim Suttle has appointed Rachel Jacobson as the citizen at large
member of the Urban Design Review Board, to complete the unfulfilled term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and expiring February 26, 2011.
