WHEREAS, Sherman Willis, whose term expires June 30, 2012, resignd',e from
the Library Board, creating a vacancy; and,
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to said board by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jim Suttle desires to appoint Buey R. Tut to the Library
Board to complete the Sherman Willis term, which shall commence upon passage of this
Resolution and run through June 30, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by the Mayor of Buey R. Tut as a member of the Library
Board is hereby confirmed. Such term shall commence upon passage of this Resolution and run
