RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I" Liquor License
be granted.
Grand China Buffet, Inc., dba"Grand China Buffet", 11226 Chicago Circle.
That,the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

WHEREAS,the Mayor recommends approval of such proposed agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the attached agreement with AOI
Corporation to purchase office furniture for the Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau in an
amount not to exceed $38,039.07, is hereby approved.
FURTHER THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the costs of the
services as specified therein from Fiscal Year 2010, Fund No. 21109, Organization No. 115911,
Account No. 44111.

disclosed, at any time during or after the effective term of this Agreement, any confidential or
proprietary information, materials, or property of the other party, except as may be specifically
authorized by that party or otherwise required by law. These provisions shall survive the
termination of this Agreement.
