WHEREAS, Section 44-83, Division 2, Article III of Chapter 44 of thecOmaha
Municipal Code, provides for the appointment to the Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS,the term of Electrical Board member Everett"Butch"R. Simpson,Jr.,
expired on January 22, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Suttle has reappointed Everett`Butch"R. Simpson, Jr., as the
master electrician/open shop member on the Electrical Board, said term to commence upon
