WHEREAS, quotes were received November 23, 2020, for demolition of 2406 Farnam ST; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest and best quote received was that of the following:
Anderson Excavation Co. $52,060.00
WHEREAS, the quotes have been reviewed by the Planning Department, who has
recommended the acceptance of Anderson Excavation Co. as being the lowest and best quote; and,
WHEREAS, Anderson Excavation Co. has complied with the City's Affirmative Action Program
and completed and submitted an Affirmative Action Program Compliance Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA;
THAT, the quote of Anderson Excavation Co. for the demolition of 2406 Farnam ST, in the
amount of $52,060.00 is accepted and award is made to Anderson Excavation Co. The amount of this award
shall be paid from CDBG Funds, Fund No. 12186, Org. No. 128072.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Purchasing Agent be authorized to issue a purchase order to Anderson Excavation
Co. for the demolition of 2406 Farnam, in the amount of$52,060.00.
