WHEREAS, quotes were received November 23, 2020, for demolition of 11100 N 72 ST Bldg A; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest and best quote received was that of the following:
Christensen Excavating $23,250.00
WHEREAS, the quotes have been reviewed by the Planning Department, who has recommended the
acceptance of Christensen Excavating as being the lowest and best quote; and,
WHEREAS, Christensen Excavating has complied with the City's Affirmative Action Program and
completed and submitted an Affirmative Action Program Compliance Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA;
THAT, the quote of Christensen Excavating for the demolition of 11100 N 72 ST Bldg A, in the amount of
$23,250.00 is accepted and award is made to Christensen Excavating. The amount of this award shall be paid from
General Fund Demo Monies, Fund No. 11111, Org. No. 109047.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Purchasing Agent be authorized to issue a purchase order to Christensen Excavating for the
demolition of 11100 N 72 ST Bldg A, in the amount of$23,250.00.
