Attached for your consideration is a Resolution appointing Gregory Brooks to serve on the Park
and Recreation Board. Mr. Brooks will be replacing Tyler McLeod who has resigned. Mr.
Brooks will fill Mr. McLeod's term which expires April 6, 2011. A copy of Mr. Brooks' résumé
is attached.

Department has approved the suspension of the park closing hours on those days only for this

CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, Memorial Park, 6005 Underwood
Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska, shall be open to accommodate the set-up and overnight vigil
honoring American POW/MIA's by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 279 from 11:00
p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2010 to 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
