Submit a revised site/landscape plan prior to forwarding to City Council to include the following: a. Minimum 10-foot wide perimeter parking lot landscaping along the northern property line. b. Minimum 5-foot wide perimeter parking lot landscaping along the southern property line. c. Minimum 13.4-foot wide perimeter parking lot landscaping along the eastern property line, with acceptable 4-foot tall screening on the inside of the yard. d.
