2. Compliance with the submitted site plan.
3. Compliance with the submitted elevations.
4. Compliance with the submitted operations plan.
5. Compliance with all applicable stormwater regulations including no net increase
in stormwater runoff and treat the first 1/2” of stormwater for water quality.
6. Compliance with all other applicable regulations.
