ORD 38663 - Dundee streetscape master plan C3-09-200 . ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE to adopt the Dundee Streetscape Master Plan, as part of the Master Plan of p the City of Omaha, generally located from Webster Street on the north, California Street on the south, 49th Street on the east and 51 St Street on the west and to provide for the effective date hereof. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. That after a public hearing on December 2, 2009, the Planning Board of the City of Omaha did recommend the adoption of the Dundee Streetscape Master Plan as part of the Master Plan for the City of Omaha. Section 2. That the Dundee Streetscape Master Plan attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference is hereby adopted as part of the Master Plan of the City of Omaha. Section 3.
