RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: e,--

WHEREAS, Teri A. Teutsh was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals to
serve as a second alternate member to serve until February 27, 2011; and,
WHEREAS, NEB. REV. STAT., § 14-408, provides for the appointment to the
above board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jim Suttle has reappointed Teri A. Teutch to the Zoning
Board of Appeals as a second alternate member, said term to commence on February 28, 2011
and expire on February 27, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the Mayor's reappointment of Teri A. Teutsch as a second alternate
member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, said term to commence on February 28, 2011, and
expire on February 27, 2016,be, and the same hereby is, confirmed.
