The main goals for YWCA Omaha's 24-hour Crisis Line in 2011 is to increase callers' knowledge about domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking services and options and to increase callers' safety levels in crisis situations. (hereinafter referred to as "Subdivider"), and SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 549 of DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, (hereinafter referred to as "SID"), and the CITY OF OMAHA, a Municipal Corporation in the State of Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as "City"). For the amount previously paid to the City, $27,463.00, the Owner of Lot 1, Whispering Ridge West Replat Two shall pay this amount TO SID 549 and a receipt of payment • issued as documentation to the City of Omaha in order to issue a building permit for Lot 1, Whispering Ridge West Replat One. For the difference in the amount of Interceptor Sewer Fees previously paid and the amount due at the time of building permit or $77,220.00 - $27,463.00 = $49,757.00, the _ City shall collect this amount of Interceptor Sewer Fees at the time of building permit application for Lot 1, Whispering Ridge West Replat Two. If the Interceptor Sewer Fee amount is changed by action of the City Council, the lots shall be assessed the then current fee for Interceptor Sewers.
