Woodland Homes, Inc. was started in 1995 and constructs affordable townhomes in various areas in Omaha,plus smaller homes under$300,000. He has also been involved in residential and commercial land development since the 1980's. There have been over 3,000 lots developed and sold in Jerry's subdivsions. Mission Hills and Mission Park at 168th & Q were among the first subdivisions. He has also developed Shadow View,Western Springs,Whispering Ridge,Woodland Creek,and Cimarron Woods. Other areas he has participated in developing are Cinnamon Creek, Falcon Ridge, Southwind, Whitehawk, Castle Creek and Shadow Lake. Jerry's companies currently own commercial strip malls and office buildings that he built in the Omaha area. He has developed three local commercial sites with SuperTarget Stores as anchors.
