RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 24-87 through 24-105 of the Omaha Municipal -Code
provide for an Urban Design Review Board, to review and provide recommendations-to improve
, the quality of building design in the planning, design, development and construction of structures
in the City; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-91(c) provides that three alternate members of the board
are to be appointed by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jim Suttle has appointed April Rice as an alternate citizen-at-
large member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a three-year term commencing April
19, 2011, and expiring April 18, 2014.
